Zinc coated steel is anti-rust, so it is heavy used of inside and outside of automobile body. On the production process of automobile, Zinc coated steel wastes mass-produced by cutting and pressed. Steel wastes oxide was occurred until now because those are hi-heated under the pressure of atmosphere. Oxidation was a big difficulty to reuse liquefied raw material. To solve this problem, we found removal process as follows. First, preheat the zinc coated steel wastes under the pressure of atmosphere. Next, vaporize zinc from preheated steel wastes by vacuum heating. Splitting steel wastes and zinc, then keep vacuum condition. It is peculiarity of dezincification processing that produce pure zinc by cooling-solidification from vaporized zinc. Also we use special baskets (rack for zinc coated Steel wastes) in this apparatus to entirely quick-heating. Additionally, we adopt rotating rollers to prevent defect of conveyance rotating rollers. Defect was caused by adhesion of zinc vapor to low temperature surface of penetrated-furnace-wall. Those two are our patent techniques to keep high level of dezincification processing apparatus. By this removal processing, splitting steel wastes and zinc was accelerated 、steel wastes are reused as good liquefied raw material. Also we are able to collect not-oxide-zinc as byproduct, and effective prevention for erosive action of vacuum processing furnace material.
