Recycle Challenge
"Among waste that accompanies industrial activities, there are many items that can be turned into resources again.
TOYOKIN addresses recycle of metallic resources and appropriate processing of waste collected from
our major clients of Toyota Motor Corporation and its affiliated companies."
Recently we expanded our operation to the processing of waste produced
when dismantling buildings and the recycling of small household appliances collected from
communities to promote environmental friendly operating activities.
Recycling of metallic resources
TOYOKIN’s mainstay is the recycle of metallic resources. We process metallic resources of various shapes and constituents that are produced during casting and steel making to produce customized feedstock to be delivered to clients.

We process metallic resources such as “metal chips” produced when metals are turned off at lathe machines or milling cutters, “waste equipment” and “waste machines” produced when dismantling facilities.

"Each factory is well equipped with various machines such as large plant, shredders, and press machines. “Vacuum plant” in the head factory is the world’s first recycling machine that was developed jointly with other companies and obtained a patent for excellent recycling technologies. Since recycling technologies need to be improved as new materials appear, TOYOKIN keep pursuing technologies to cycle resources efficiently."

- A wide variety of items including plastics, wood chips, and wastepaper are processed at plants of our group companies.

- We also handle general household metallic refuse and common items such as small household appliances and lighters.

- Construction waste produced when dismantling buildings and constructing new buildings is also shredded, separated, and recycled at our own plants.

"A wide variety of methods and equipment is required to appropriately process/treat various kinds of waste. Processing also serves as recycling since some of processed waste may become useful again.
“Waste Engine Cooling Water (LLC) Microorganism Treatment Plant” at Fujioka Plant is developed jointly with other companies and received “Award for Excellence” of Aichi Environmental Award in 2006."

Transportation
We transport vehicles among Toyota Motor Corporation and its affiliated companies. Transportation is also indispensable for TOYOKIN’s major business such as recycling of metallic resources and appropriate processing of waste.
Rental of forklifts and
aerial work platforms
"Annual safety inspection and maintenance works of transportation vehicles are conducted at our own shop. We utilize those skills for the rental business of forklifts and aerial work platforms to general companies. All the vehicles for rent are maintained by high-skilled mechanics."

Solar photovoltaic generation
“TOKAI TOYOKIN Ishino Photovoltaic Power Generation Plant” is in operation at our former Ishino Final Disposal Site (controlled type). The plant is operated by KTI Photovoltaic Power Generation LLC and will be our own power generation plant after the operation by KTI ends.

Houei Parking
We have parking lots for rent by the month at Houei, Toyota City, Aichi (the nearest station is Suenohara of Aichi Loop Railway). There are 62 parking lots where large vehicles can park.
